The EOS executive education has given me the opportunity to learn more about business and corporate America in a way that is natural for my competitive personality as an athlete. One of EOS’ assignment was to read and understand annual reports of the USATF sponsors as a way to establish a stronger relationship with these strategic partners which I found to be tremendously helpful. EOS’ “out of the box” methodology combined with their structure is perfect for this stage of my career.
EOS provided me the flexibility, structure, and expertise to focus on my training and competing while also preparing for a career after professional sports
The opportunity to focus on a future beyond javelin with the aid of such professionals has been so fulfilling, and it has only just begun! This mentorship process is challenging and exciting so far, which is exactly what I want for life after track and field. Throwing has always been my only clear path, so it's incredibly reassuring to have guidance in seeking out a new one.
The company provides an invaluable service for our professional athletes. I believe their products will result in a smoother transition into meaningful careers for our athletes once they finish competing
